What to Expect
This isn't a session about enduring more. It's about leading ourselves first. It's about becoming stronger leaders, building stronger teams and establishing better boundaries. This session is for people who lead, in business, their family, their work or just want to learn to lead themselves better. Resiliency is intertwined with great leaders, and this session will tell you how and why YOU too can become a great leader by learning resiliency through your experiences.
Join us as Chelsey shares her own story of resiliency through heartbreak, job loss, mental health struggles, leaving an abusive relationship to single parenting, and everything in between to discover what our toughest times can teach us when we choose to define our experiences rather than letting them define us.
