Accessibility
Accessible Parking Stalls
There are stalls located within the West and North lot.Attendants
All attendants must pay for their own ticket. For more information, please contact 403-320-4040 or 403-329-7328.Washrooms
The main washrooms located by Section G and M both include accessible stalls. Family and Accessible washroom in section F and NSeating
All accessible seats are located on the main concourse in Sections F, J, and N (10 seats available in each).

Our goal is to promote responsible alcohol service and enhance fan safety and enjoyment. Staff are trained in responsible alcohol management.
Rules and Regulations Governing Alcohol Management
- Any person purchasing, possessing, or consuming alcohol must be 18 years of age or older and must produce an acceptable photo ID proving their age.
- Alcohol from outside the building CANNOT be brought in
- Any person found inside the building with alcohol not purchased in the venue is subject to immediate eviction.
- Intoxication in a public place is a criminal offence. Any person found on the property in an intoxicated state will be removed from the premises.Service Times
The venue will not serve more than a two alcoholic beverages to a patron at one time and we reserve the right to limit service to one drink per patron. The venue will not serve any patron whom we believe to be intoxicated. Patrons are not permitted to bring in alcohol beverages of any kind into the venue and may be subject to eviction by doing so. All purchases of alcoholic beverages are intended for consumption in the venue ONLY and may not leave the building. Patrons who appear 30 years old or under will be ID checked by either server staff and/ or security. In some circumstances Id may be checked repeatedly.

Animals or pets are not permitted in the venue, with the exception of service animals for fans with disabilities. A service animal is defined as any animal that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.

For most events, the use of flash photography and professional equipment, video or audio recording is not permitted. However, small point-and-shoot cameras are generally permitted. As the camera policy for each event varies, we recommend that fans contact the General Office (403-320-4040) or the Ticket Centre (403-329-7328) prior to the event to confirm the camera policy.
Canadian Western Bank Lounge
Located on the third floor of VisitLethbridge.com Arena, the Canadian Western Bank lounge offers a house made menu and full bar. We are open 2 hours prior to puck drop for WHL Hurricanes Games, and post-game on Friday nights for the fan community. Reservations, and specialty menus are available.
The Canadian Western Bank Lounge also offers pre-event dinners, parties, and buffets. Inquiring about a specific event? Please get in touch!

Cancelled/Postponed Events
In rare circumstances, an event at the VisitLethbridge.com Arena or Yates Memorial Theatre may be postponed, cancelled, or have a venue change. If this does occur, all patrons will be contacted by email and/or phone with the process information.
Children - Tickets
Children who are 2 years and younger may enter without a ticket, but must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult and may not take up a seat. Any patron, regardless of age, who wishes to have a seat must purchase a ticket.

Fan courtesy is an important element at the venue. We kindly request all guests be respectful of others around them. Any guest who interferes with the enjoyment of another individual during an event is subject to eviction from the building.
During performances, we ask all guests to remain seated for the duration of the performance or until an appropriate break occurs. Depending on the demographics of some events (such as concerts), standing may be accepted as normal protocol. During game play, please wait for the whistle before proceeding to your seats.
Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to the following:
- Standing on chairs
- Drunk and disorderly conduct
- Fighting or challenging others to fight
- Exposing private body parts
- Interference with or delay of the game/event
- Violation of the local, provincial or federal laws and statutes
- Throwing, discharging or launching any liquid substance
- Willfully and maliciously disturbing another patron/employee with loud and unreasonable noise
- Using profanity and/or offensive words which may provoke a violent attack from others
- Use of abusive, profane or threatening language to staff
Complaints/Concerns
Complaints regarding the provision of services to patrons should be directed to the Information Centre located inside the North East arena doors during events or to the General Office (403-320-4040 or VLAInfo@lethbridge.ca) during normal business hours.
Concessions
The venue offers a wide range of food services from 5 full concessions, 2 kiosks and 1 satellite concessions located on the concourse level.
The VisitLethbridge.com Arena also operates a concession at the north end on the ice level. This concession is not open for all events but is normally available during Concerts and larger Special Events.

Emergency Evacuation and Exits
Emergency exits are located throughout the venue and are clearly marked within illuminated red signage. Venue staff have been trained in proper procedures for emergency response and will assist you in evacuating the premises.

During all public events, the venue no longer allows re-entry into the facility, unless circumstances require it. Once you enter the facility with a ticket for an event, if you decide to leave prior to the end of the event, there will be no re-entry allowed. This will allow the venue to provide better security for its patrons and clients, and limit potential issues during major events. There are times special circumstances may require people to re-enter the building which can be arranged with venue staff at the entrance doors, otherwise there is no re-entry during events.
First Aid
Attendants are available to assist any guest in need during all public events. The First Aid Room is located on the North East side of the arena on the main concourse (beside Coffee Kiosk).

If you notice a lost child or if you become separated from your child please find a venue staff immediately for assistance. Found children will be taken to the Guest Services located within the North East arena doors.
Lost and Found
If you have lost an item during an event, please visit the Guest Services located in the North East arena doors. For all Lost and Found inquiries after the date of the show, please contact our General Office at 403-320-4040.
Items found before, during or after an event should be turned into a Hostess and will be taken to the Guest Services located within the inside of the North East arena doors. Items will be logged and kept for 90 days. Items may be donated to charity or disposed of at the discretion of the building management after 30 days.

Lost or Stolen Tickets
Once an event ticket(s) is purchased, it becomes the buyer's property and responsibility. Reissuing of event ticket(s) is left to the discretion of the promoter representing the event. If approved by the promoter and venue management, a fee per ticket will be charged to the patron. This applies to all Lethbridge Hurricane Season Tickets.

The venue has two locations for concert/event merchandise typically located within the North East and North West entrances on the main concourse. This may vary depending on the event.

Prohibited Items
For safety reasons, fans are refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be turned over to Lethbridge Police. If a fan is found in faciilty with prohibited items, the items will be confiscated and in some cases, the fan may be evicted from the building.

Public Transportation
VisitLethbridge.com Arena is located at 2510 Scenic Drive South. The facility is serviced by Bus Routes #12 and #20. However Routes 22, 23/24 also go by the venue.

Pucks flying into spectator areas can cause serious injury. Please be aware of flying pucks. In the case that you or someone in your party is injured, you will be assisted by our First Aid team immediately.
Security & Searches
Bag Searches
If you are carrying a purse, large bag or backpack, please be advised that for the safety and security of our fans, the venue only allows small handbags or baby bags into the venue. We advise you to leave your backpacks and large bags either at home or locked in the trunk of your vehicle. You should also be aware that all bags are subject to a search before you are allowed into the venue.Pat Downs
Some events may involve a full pat-down search. Fans that refuse to submit to either a visual or pat-down search will be refused entry and will receive a refund on their ticket purchase.
*Guests found in possession of contraband items will be asked to remove items from the arena or dispose of them. Guests who refuse to comply will be subject to ejection from the venue and Lethbridge Police Service will be contacted.Smoking Policy
In compliance with the City of Lethbridge By-Law #5372, the venue is a smoke free facility.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vapes, and any product deemed to be smoking by law.

The venue requests all guests remain seated during events. Depending on the demographics of the event (such as concerts) standing may be accepted as normal protocol. Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted at any time and may result in eviction from the event.
Strollers
If necessary, guests may bring strollers to events at the facility. All strollers must be collapsible and may not be left on the concourse or in any way cause an obstruction to other guests. The venue is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged strollers.
Temperature
During hockey games, a cooler building temperature is maintained to provide a suitable ice surface for play. For other events where the ice is covered with an insulated sub-floor the building will be maintained at a comfortable room temperature.

Female Washrooms are located on the main concourse, Ice Level, and Suite Level in Sections: M and O.
Male Washrooms are located on the main concourse, Ice Level, and Suite Level in Sections: G and D.
Family Washrooms are located by Concession 2 & 4 (Sections NN & FF).Walking

Will Call/Ticket Reservations
Prepaid tickets purchased over the telephone or the internet can be picked up at the South Country Co-op Ticket Centre (NE doors) or at the Yates Theatre location.
Photo identification and the original credit card used to purchase the tickets are required for pick-up.Wheelchairs
